Terms and Conditions

The placing of any order at this site or via Fax, Post, email or other means indicates your acceptance of the terms listed below. Hui's Jewellery and Antiques reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

1. Payment
   Payment can make by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Direct Bank Deposit, or Cheque payable to HUI PTY LTD. All payment to be made in advance of the goods being dispatched unless other arrangements have been agreed. Imported goods are subject to currency fluctuations, and shipping delays. As a result, Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time.
2. Shipping Charge & Time
   All transportation charges, are to be paid by the customer, unless agreed otherwise, in writing, on the initial order.
   Please request a quotation for Shipping Charges and delivery time.
3. Refund and Exchange Policy
   At Hui’s Jewellery and Antiques we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied - please contact us at enquiry@huija.com.au and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with the policies below.
   REFUNDS - refunds will only be issued within 7 days and only where the goods are shown to be faulty. Please contact us at enquiry@huija.com.au BEFORE sending the parcel back and we will arrange to refund your payment AFTER inspection of the goods. However the original freight and the cost of sending the goods back will have to be paid by customer.
   Refund can not be issued due to:
   1. Damage caused by accident, misuse or negligence.
   2. Change of mind, no longer want the products or just do not like them, or found that goods are the wrong size or colour.
   3. Able to purchase the same of similar products elsewhere for a cheaper price.
   4. Any defect drawn to customer’s attention before they purchased goods, for example, when goods are clearly labelled as seconds or faulty.
      

EXCHANGES - we will happily exchange your product within 14 days of original purchase, for goods to the same value, provided products are returned to us in the original condition and able to resell. You may exchange for higher priced items by paying the balance however we are unable to refund if you choose a cheaper item. There will be a delivery charge on the exchange. All returns need to be suitably packaged and addressed to:
